Wellness & Lifestyle Assessment
Every journey begins with clarity. Our proprietary Wellness & Lifestyle assessment offers a clear snapshot of your wellbeing across Kiyora’s seven foundations - revealing strengths, imbalances, and areas where change can have the greatest impact. You’ll gain actionable insight and a baseline for lasting improvement - whether or not coaching continues.

Defining Success – on Your Terms
We explore what optimal health and longevity look like for you - across work, life, and leadership. This phase clarifies your deeper values and long-term aspirations, helping you define success on your own terms. From there, we start to shape a practical, realistic plan that turns purpose into daily practice.

One-on-One Coaching
We’ll work together closely for an initial period of three or six months. Weekly sessions in the first month build rhythm and focus; bi-weekly coaching thereafter reinforces progress and accountability. Together, we strengthen the habits, systems, and mindset that sustain energy, focus, and wellbeing in daily life.

At the end of the program, we complete a post-coaching assessment - a chance to pause, measure, and reflect on your progress.
